Honeywell's iconic boots have been made in China , and early reports from some of the most loyal users of the boots -- coastal Alaskans -- say they aren't as "Tuf" as they used to be. Vicky Simpson of Redden Marine that they're getting a steady stream of returns of the "Southeast sneakers."
